We want you to be happy with Sonivo. If it's not working out, we've got you covered.
If you're not satisfied with Sonivo for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Send an email to hello@sonivo.app with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund through LemonSqueezy, typically within 3-5 business days.
Once your refund is processed, your license will be deactivated and you should uninstall the Software from your device.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something is genuinely wrong, reach out and we'll work with you.
